Nope they use the number to indicate "best" or what not
Z is simply there full display non-keyboard whilst Q are there real devices

so the Z30 is the "best" but actually anybody who is hardcore knows that the Q10 is the best. What BB needs is a hardcore Q100 that outperforms an i7 laptop ...
