Beauty lies in the eye of the beholder, so it is not really a case of one phone fits all. Stiffer competition means wider choice and better deals for consumers and for that reason alone I really hope that BB can pull through. I am admittedly in the deep end here and suspect that Gartner may all along have been right in predicting that the smartphones race will only feature three horses, namely iOS, Android and WP.

their biggest obstacle is their kark management who 'managed' to fsuck up a brilliant platform. who couldnt move the bb forward with the times. who revelled in their popularity at the time without future-proofing. fsucking idiots...

I agree that was their biggest obstacle. Luckily Jim Balsillie and Mike Lazaridis were replaced.
