Blatant Telkom Lies

I ordered a new line with Telkom with a specific provisor it be ADSL capable as soon as installed. I told them straight I would be ordering ADSL through a third party ISP on a complete deal.

No problem I was told, line was installed happily 7 days later... Now it turns out a month later that line is not totally ADSL capable as my Distribution point is Fiber...

Do telkom not understand?

I refuse to pay for this line untill it is capable of what i ordered it is.

If anyone from Telkom is here on these forums, I suggest you get your internal process's and checks in order.

I want my line as ordered, ADSL capable!
 
It's Telkom dude!
It shouldn't surprise you that you'll run into problems with them.
Stupid Staff... thats what it is.. Telkom employs stupid people who doesn't even have matric and offer them a horrible salary and they don't care! :)
