Blocking BUDGET facility on credit card

I recently bought something for R581 and for some reason the transaction went onto my credit cards budget option.
I've never bought anything on my cards budget option, as I have enough cash and the interest is ridiculous.

Does anybody know if one can block the budget option?

I'm with standard bank...

Move to a proper bank that allows you to settle it like Capitec bank.

I am with SB as well and there is no option on app or web site. I think you will have to call their call centre but good chances they will ask you to go to nearest branch.

@Bundu - have you tried 'Chat with us' option on SB app ? If it is as good as FNB's secure chat, you will be sorted in no time.
