so damn good

had a cheesecake at 12 apostles ..was R110 was very good as well

and yeah must be baked ...fridge just doesnt have that taste

The best cheesecake I had was Japanese style. You separate the yolks, and then whip the egg whites until they peak, then fold it into your cream cheese/sugar/flour/lemon mixture and bake it in a water bath. You have to be very careful with the heat treatment, but it comes out so fluffy and light it almost disappears. I took a photo but it isn't so great:
