Space race heating up

Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin stunned the space industry this week, launching a brand-new rocket taller than the Statue of Liberty into orbit on its first try.

Thursday’s landmark New Glenn launch came after years of setbacks and delays and unfavorable comparisons to Elon Musk’s SpaceX, which leapfrogged Blue Origin and others over the past quarter century to become the world’s most prolific rocket launcher.
 
Blue Origin... strange name.

Is the rocket depressed? Does it want to drown in the deep blue sea?
Only time will tell.

yes its nothing but a publicity stunt
wailed and squealed like its a fairground ride, at least didnt break a nail

at least Ham the Chimp made Chimp sounds making us laugh a bit.
as that is a lot more useful to know the oxygen system works
 
Please tell me people don't believe they really went to space

Blue origin is because the origin is earth, from space it's mostly blue due to water/ocean. Look up blue marble, you might have to add NASA to the search.
