BMW i3 unveiled

Eww.

Paint it pink and would look like a little pig. :wtf:

But, for my wife, this car would be perfect (except that it is a BMW). She doesn't drive long distances. And the range on the i3 is about 140-160km.

Shame they ran out of paint...

It's such an unfortunate looking thing; you can see the intention was to have it look hyper-modern, but it just looks... sad.

Agree, damn ugly these electric cars and with no "soul",except the Tesla and this...

Oh and by the way how much electricity does it take to charge one of these and at what cost?

The Tesla fails by looking like a normal car in my opinion. Its like going backwards.
Electric cars should have its own distinct styling. Futuristic styling.

By looking like a politician's promises and performing like politician's service delivery.

So far only Tesla seems to be getting electric cars right.

Everyone is waiting for 2 things to change on electric cars for the sake of looking cool. Range and price. Tesla got the first one sorted. And it not that bad on price vs cars of similar spec.

Somehow I think the big car maker are window dressing their electric cars. They don't want them to succeed, to protect their current business model, factory tooling, relationship with big oil, etc.

Tesla now and GM in the 80s show electric cars can be much better than they are.

I don't want a car that looks like polished dreadlocks with bling. Sorry BMW
