My wife booked me an appointment last Friday and I was expecting something like a back massage. What I got was kinda WTF.

The guy says I should see results after the second meeting. Sounds like a load of BS to me.

Anyone been for this?

Well as far as I understand it the small muscles along your spine tense up when you're under stress and inhibit the nerves ability to communicate with the brain.
They make these little muscles relax and restore the communication. They stroke and tap your back (it all happens fully clothed) and look at your feet to see whats happening.

Its all kinda :wtf: to me..
