Boeing vs Airbus

A400M is assembled in Seville and some A320 in Hamburg.

Toulouse, France (A320, A330, A350 and A380)
Hamburg, Germany (A320 series)
Seville, Spain (A400M)
Tianjin, China (A320 series).
Mobile, Alabama, USA (A320)

Will check it out. Thank you. I dont count the A400M though. I have little interest in military aircraft. :)

It is one of the only military aircrafts fully certified as a civil plane !

Ja I know. I think it is a cool looking aircraft and have nothing against it. Military airplanes just dont have the same fascination for me. I honestly dont know why. I dont understand it myself.

So will you like it when the first brightly coloured commercial variant comes off the production line? ;)

Apparently rerouting to Saint Nazaire, probably bad weather in Liverpool or something preventing the landing !

I am not usually a supporter of the French, but seeing as this topic is going a bit anti French Aircraft, perhaps I should point out that the oldest airworthy plane still flying is not American. It is French!

The Shuttleworth collection at Biggleswade consists of older aircraft from the past century that are generally kept in flying condition.

I had the privilege a number of years ago to rebuild the engine on one of their aircraft.

Regarding quiet planes, I consider the VC10 and the DC10, both rear engines, to both be quieter than the mid engine planes of today.

As far as Boeing versus Airbus, I would take the Boeing 777 or the 747 over the Airbus A340, but the A380 trumps the lot. What an aircraft!

They claim it was a Russian-built cargo plane, but I call shenanigans, I bet is was some sort of airbus product.

Is there ever a time when you don't talk utter cr@p?

It's a RUSSIAN plane and has nothing to do with Airbus - you are so determined to spin this towards Airbus that you will talk utter bollocks to try and prove it!

Ever considered asking the ANC for a job as a spin doctor? You might even get some cretins to believe you.
