Bold 9700 not receiving mail

so I setup gmail on my phone everything working 100% for a couple of days now

today I setup my work email on my phone, connecting via Microsoft Exchange Web Access. Everything connected first time around, great success!

I got a notification saying I will begin receiving emails with 20 mins. I got about 4, then it stopped... no more since then...

what could be the problem? :confused:
 
I had a lot of issues via web access, like it only pulls mails every 20 odd minutes and then doenst sync back what i have read. Try get yourself added to your works BES.

For your problem, check if you need to re-authenticate your account. Go to the mail setup on your phone and see what the status is of your account. (no more have a blackberry so i cant tell you exactly where to go but i think its somewhere in the setup menu, then mail)
 
ok it seems to be working now... think it just took a while to get going!

one question, what would be involved with my work getting me onto BES ? I know I would have to contact my ISP and get them to change me over, however what I DONT understand is how it effects my company? like do they need to have some kind of infrastructure in place for BES?

From my understanding, I cant sync to my Calendar via Outlook Web based access unless I am on BES. Currently I am on BIS.... sucks!
