This is the way I make money now in IT. Overtime adds another 10 - 20% per month to my salary.
Increases and bonus's are few and far between.

Plus if the company makes a profit we also receive another bonus (linked to your performance point), this has been as high as 1/3 of ANNUAL salary but has also been zero.
