Boob Jobs

Well the one they put through the belly button is a saline implant. If it goes under the boob or under the nipple then it would be silicone.....

Silicone is used more in SA and Saline is used more in the states.

Just for the boobs it can be anything between R5k and R11k a pair. That is just for the plastic and not the operation or anything else.....

ahh looks like they don't really favour the bellybutton approach. perhaps that's something i should consider. i don't want them sitting on my stomach. :p:D

LOLZZZZ!!!

May be we shoud go see dr Ray... Try to get on the show!!:p

You can have saline either way. I would not opt for Silicone. It's too basketball looking. Doesn't look natural.

Well if you get the "teardrop" one's then it looks more natural than the round one's....

Silicone does not go through the belly button......

*nods* after reading the plastic surgeons article, i'm not so sure i want bellybutton anymore. may just be easier to have the cut underneath the breast. Teardrop definitely!

When you rupture a saline implant then it goes everywhere in your body.
When you rupture a silicone implant it kinda stays in the same place.....

Will see if I can get you some more info on doctors and also telephone numbers.

Thanks that would be greatly appreciated. :)

Saline isn't really toxic to your body though is it?

Saline (medicine) - a liquid with salt content to match the human body

You've got a PM....

Salt water is not toxic for your body. But better to get it fixed than leave it in your body. Also having a droopy boob wont look nice....

Ya droop boobs ftl :(

Guess i will have to ask the Doctor what my best options are and make an informed choice from there.

Ummm....Saline solution is what they give dehydrated people and it's naturally occurring on your eyes, amongst other things. It's not dangerous at all.

A friend once had the opportunity to gaze at a pair.

"Do you think they're real" she asked
"yeah" he answered
"real expensive" she replied.

worth it in the long run i think. at least my boobs wont be on the floor by the time i'm 40 :P
