Borderlands 4 pack special on Steam

i already have all 4 dlc's :)

haven't tested multiplayer yet but LAN is working 100% for me.
 
Sorry to revive an old thread. I just wanted to know how you bought the 4 pack for eg. did everyone pay their exact portion of the money into a paypal account or did one person purchase it and then collect the money from the other 3 etc?

I'm asking because I was staring at steam the other night and wondered why there isn't a lot of people doing this (at least that I know of anyway).

Can we start a thread where people can get together and collectively purchase these 4 packs to save money?

I think it's a cool idea as long as the way the whole thing is handled is done well.

Thoughts?

one person has to buy the "pack", which then gives him the game, and then you need to send the other 3 "invites" to your other mates. those people will then receive an email and they can redeem the game in steam. So yeah you would need to collect the cash from your mates

its a good idea, though I dont know how many people are actually using steam these days.. I know most of my friends are

If we could just come up with a good system like for eg. everyone pays into a paypal account or something. Or one person buys it and only after all the money is collected then the link is sent.

Or you could get more of your friends on Steam.
