Borderlands

I only played about an hour, but seems really coool, if MW2 MP is down again tonight, i'll be jumping onto borderlands...
 
Damned game had me up for 2 hrs past my bedtime, it's so addictive!

Or think "run around shooting stuff with cool weapons and finding even cooler weapons". It's like a 3D rendition of the arcade games I loved back in the 80s.
 
Hey guys! Apologies for bumping this, but can someone tell me where I can get my hands on a PC copy of Borderlands please? I cant seem to find a copy in Durban.

I know you can get it via Steam but I'd rather have a CD/DVD than have to DL an entire game...

Stupid question, but do ppl play via Steam, Lan etc? I'm a little confused as to how the Multiplayer/Co-Op would work on PC.

Um... Not quite Durban, but what about Take2 or Kalahari? I bought mine through Steam purely because I want nothing to do with Securom.

The servers are hosted by GameSpy regardless of whether you use a Steam or boxed version. LAN games don't require an internet connection :)
 
finished it last night (first play) with a 35 hunter..
ending boss is a bit silly, but the game as a whole was awesome
