What was so hard to understand about the free Verizon account? Do you need some steps to use it?

When last you tried dialing and 0861 number It's not the same as an 0860 number or a standard local call. Thats where the catch is

Don't know what the 1 does, but SAIX national pop is 0860, so I doubt there's much differerence. AFAIK it gets routed as a local call, if not, give them a call and find out if it's so.
