Has your daughter in Botswana have any connectivity? And what type of connectivity? And the connectivity that you have in UK??

No my duaghter just has a mobile, In the Uk I have a dedicated Asterix system on a 100Mbit Line with static IPs , Would be willing to give anyone who helps free Non 08 or 07 UK calls via our servers

and ur duaghter doesnt have any internet connecivity? You can use a Quintum gateway with a static route or a sip setup and have her dial the land line number - and the quintum can redirect this number to you...and you will dial the quintum and the quintum will bounce the call to the PSTN and she will only be billed the local PSTN to GSM charge

How about using one of the Betamax phone to phone services such as Poivy (www.poivy.com)? They seem to have the lowest rate to Botswana at the moment of 3 Euro cents per minute. If you want to also call cell phones in Botswana, Intervoip might be a better choice with a charge of 8 Euro cents per minute to cells and 4 Euro cents per minute to landlines (www.intervoip.com). These rates should be similar to the local Botswana landline rates. I will be using one of the Betamax services to call Botswana next week. Take a look at www.backsla.sh/betamax to find the cheapest service to Botswana.
