Good, there are a lot of people here that need hanging.
What about their human rights?
Seriously though I think a new law needs to be introduced here. It would state that any criminal injured while committing a crime does not have the right to be treated.
For example if a hijacker is shot he isn't taken to hospital or even treated. Just chucked in the police van and taken away. If he expires tough ****.
Sounds like a plan. Or allow them treatment if they can fund it themselves from non-criminal proceeds but the taxpayers shouldn't subsidise it.
Bit tough if you're lying unconscious in the street bleeding to death.
So you must prove you can fund it before they help you. If you're incapacitated tough ****.
You could go further and say any inmate guilty of a serious crime will not get any state sponsored treatment at all for anything during their stay in prison
I'm not too concerned about it being tough.Yeah why not, the only treatment they should get is that necessary to ensure the health of the public at large.
My way we sneak in the death penalty. Bubba and his bugs will be the executioner![]()
If it works it works.
Exactly.
It will really upset the extremists though![]()

Guy's, if the ANC reintroduce the death penalty, half their supporters will then be executed

Whats that supposed to mean?

That's a daft law, you might as well just introduce kangaroo courts because you're basically labelling the person a criminal before they've had their day in court. Would you condone the same actions if a loved one killed someone while speeding?
Why not?You can't equate speeding with hijacking.
