Box Office Online - problems

Hi All.

I hope someone can help me, as DSTV/Box office can't seem to assist me.
I have windows 8.1, flash player installed, and DSTV desktop player installed. I have rented two movies but cannot watch it on either the internet or on the desktop player. The desktop player keeps on saying I need to install flash player but I have already installed it and tested it. it is working.

Anyone else with the same issue or any advice please?

Did you solve this problem? I have the same problem. I installed adobe flash player, but still have a problem.

Is anyone else having problems with Box Office?

I rent the movie (Joker) and send the code off but nothing appears on my decoder. I have sent it off 4 times since yesterday, 3 times via sms and once using their website.

I want to watch Joker darn it!
