Boy killed after being mistaken for monkey

A simple (very tragic) case of mistaken identity.

Did you just assume the Boy's species? Don't you know that people can identify as another species and just assuming that their inner species matches their outer one is transphobic.

lol this might be a step to far

I know people who shoot monkeys, they can be a royal and utter pest in certain areas.

This guy is in a heap of kack now, at his age.

So the rasist bastard could aim for the head but could not differentiate between a monkey's head abd that of a human being.

I hope his old saggy ass rots in jail!

LOL where did you crawl out from now? :crylaugh:

Idiot.

I was thinking someone at that age should probably not have a gun with the eyesight diminishing.... then I remember where we live. And he actually shot the boy so his eyesight can not be that bad. Unless it was an unlucky shot..( Do not want to say lucky)

Yeah, not everyone that old has poor eyesight. I recall an uncle or something also shooting monkeys on his farm, I think it was De Doorns. They plundered his grapes and peaches.

yeah sad.

the guy could have been having a senior moment.. surely you can see when aiming at something, you are focused on it. in a hurry to get it before it escapes would also make things worse.

1) monkey is mammal, not insect.
2) I think that should have some other methods that can get rid of them rather than just killing them.

;)

1) No comment
2) A man that age shooting a money on his property (one can assume smallholding or farm, perhaps), has probably done it many times before. These things can become a pest like you won't believe. Go read about the baboons in Cape Town around the Kommetjie and Noordhoek areas.

3) Now I see. It's DreamKing /facepalm
