Thanks I will have a look at those as well. The De Oude Spruit section where I stay connects directly to the Exchange on the other side of Old Paarl road (no street corner ADSL port for me). That is more than three kilometers away.![]()
Level-7.co.za - Not sure if they can cover you but worth a shot.
They're based in PTA?
I'm having someone from netdirect doing a survey next week, seems like you're covered.

Note: I was told their network is unshaped/uncapped and the website is a bit outdated.
I would stay away from this guy, I mistakenly recommended him to two of my clients and had a link with him from home, the network is slow, unreliable and my customers are swearing at me daily.
I cancelled my home connection in July, went to sonic wireless, and while there were some teething problems i am happy to say i have a TRUE stable, unshaped and uncapped 10mbps link.
:wtf:
Hmm... I think I'll rather go with sonic instead then. Sent them an online enquiry so will wait and see what happens. Are you aware if they have any FUP though?
Have a read through on this thread, you will see pros and cons about Sonic.
As for the FUP, i use close to 200GB pm (mostly streaming) and they haven't said anything yet.
