Brand New Mtn Sim Card. Problem

Hello everyone i bought a NEW MTN Sim Card from AXXESS it got delivered this morning and its not working i paid for it on AXXESS i did a bank transfer for R24 and i gave the RICA documents to the courier so basically i phone MTN support i give them the sim card number and the person at support says its under a Business name which is afrihost SO? WTF?!!!!!!!!
 
Afrihost/Axxess has to have the sim provisioned with MTN which could take up to 12 hours and only then will it be activated.

Why are you calling MTN when Axxess is your SP? Call them.

As the member above me mentioned, it has to be provisioned. It's quick and fast, I asked Afrihost to provision an MTN sim earlier today and few hours later done and dusted.

Call Axxess!
 
my MTN sim card is working as of 15:55 pm


Probably just needed time for the delivery driver to return to the office with your RICA documents.

The Axxess APN is "axxess" without quotation marks, all small letters. There is a nice help section on their website with instructions on how to setup various devices.
