Hi all,

So I have had a attempted break in to my car at Gardens Centre in Cape Town.
They destroyed my key hole in my door handle - I have a VW Polo so now my car door (drivers side) does not lock - but the weird thing was...

When I opened up the driver side passenger door - alot of water came out onto the floor - but the entire area is so dry... nothing is wet.

No water anywhere else.

I find that so weird - anyone know why?

when is the last time you opened the passenger door?

I honestly cannot properly comprehend what is being said but if it's the footwell that was wet it's the heater matrix that usually does that when it leaks.
They’re saying the interior was completely dry. But water came out the car and onto the road; when they opened the door.

Was it raining? Maybe they were trying to pry the door

Oh? The door is hollow and water goes in there, but it is is supposed to self drain and it's not supposed to be so much water. There are rubber plugs at the bottom that you remove to drain the water out.

If it is a lot of water then something is not right.
