She asked Zuma in March already. I would think the court would consider 6 months a reasonable time to answer her questions.

I wonder when she approached Van Rooyen?

The report wont be binding, as its leaked, or the report cant be binding with the interdict pending.

Every announcement of the presser they make sure to mention you have to bring your ID document. It's like the are anticipating a trouble maker.
 
.. they also have to confirm attendance by e-mail. If the Hawks or others are to come they will have to storm the building with guns blazing to get entry since they would not have applied to attend since they aren't press.
 
Why don't Des or Zuma use non white lawyers. Both of them have brought up Des' race as the reason people were so negative about his appointment.

Soooo - apparently the reason Des wants to interdict the report is because cellphone evidence places him in the Gupta's house the night before Nene got fired.
