haha im a guy,but im just checking,wanna start saving for when my future wife hits 40 ;) jk
 
R15k to R30k - depends on the doc and hospital etc.

What worries me is that they usually talk about the implants being guaranteed for 15 yrs. Only 15 yrs. Then what?
 
Find a woman doesn't require these? Far cheaper..

But I do believe there's merit in having breasts lifted! If my wife wanted this I'd support it all the way, especially if it means t-shirts without bra look! Mmmm!
 
I think there are valid points for making breast implants tax deductable; it's for the benefit of all human kind ...

[Would have used mankind but have to be PC and all that]
 
Told my wife i don't have money to do hers....
But we can make a plan...we can do the one this year...and the other one next :)
 
Depending what you looking for....

You get anatomical and round implants.
Anatomical looks more natural and the rounds depending on the size can look like a pornstar.

The operation can go between 20k and 45k depending on which doctor you go to. Also do not go to a GP because they are not licensed plastic surgeons they kinda train themselves.

We have a boob here in the office that gets manhandled so I can vouch for the quality of the boobs.....

Dude, they grow after that (downside is everyhting else scales proportionally)

The problem with this is that you have to keep them pregnant. Boobs shrink to smaller than original size one the breast feeding ends.

They don't just shrink after breastfeeding but also start to sag.... Nice having your belly button between your boobs
 
This reminds me of this mouse pad I have, it has like a raised area where you rest your wrist on.
This cushion is filled with what I believe to be the same stuff as breast implants....
I can't stop fiddling with it....feels so damn realistic lol! I kid you not!
 
I say implant if your woman is lacking. This isn't that much money to make yourself happy and plus, if she goes through with it, it proves that she also cares.

Then I'm definitely getting "mandatory breast lift/ enhancement procedure after kids" signed into my prenuptial agreement one day... :o

It's true. your skin goes from a B to FF... it never looks the same after that.. l
