Brett St. Clair is the head of mobile at Google South Africa.
Brett is also Co Chairman MMA South Africa at Mobile Marketing Association and a Council Member at Mobile Monday Johannesburg.
Brett writes: "At Google SA I look after all of our Mobile Ad sales, some of the products I am involved in are Mobile Search, Mobile Google display Network, Youtube Mobile, Admob. We are doing some amazing ad formats and as a consumer we are launching new mobile products and mobilising as many of our products as possible."
Brett has 15 years working in mobile media and mobile marketing and advertising all over the globe – engineering, implementing and selling mobile operator infrastructure from London to Mongolia.
Brett writes: "After a decade in London, I headed back home to Johannesburg, to start my own mobile media agency. I then had the privileged of joining Admob one of the worlds largest Mobile Advertising Networks as country Manager for the region. Now I get to use my extensive experience in the South African and African mobile media market Heading up Mobile Ad sales for Google South Africa. I have recently been elected as the South African MMA Co Chair for the next year where our goals are to grow the Mobile Marketing market space, focusing on measurements, Standards Guidelines and Education. I am also passionately involved in the Mobile Monday Johannesburg Council for the past year, where we bring industry minds together and explore innovation. My passions are family, freedom, the frenetic buzz of developing mobile technology, fine humour and, occasionally, a round or two of golf."
