And if sentence is not as per your liking, would you then conclude that judiciary is in cahoots with ANC?

Casual search found couple of links. I am sure there are many such cases - they don't seem to get same media exposure as the President el-corrupto.

Oh dear! how did I fell into this trap? first it was no one goes to jail? you guys should just admit you are too negative and you'll never be happy no matter what. That's what you get when you argue with seasoned goalpost movers.

That is the spirit, what irritates me the most is the nothing is happening nonsense. Too many negative people here who are incapable of acknowledging the good job that is being done.

I admit things are definitely happening now. But we've known about state capture for how long? Nr1 got his nick name from Waterkloof landing saga, which happened in 2013, and the correct people still haven't been punished for it 5 years later.

Yengeni 4 year jail sentence - how much of that did he serve, was it really jail cell time, should convicted criminals keep their positions?

Clearly, and thankfully, the ANC hasn't captured the entire judiciary, but they're not too concerned about that seeing as they still control the enforcement of any court judgments that don't go their way.

Top Land Bank officials siphoned off more than R2-billion meant for farmers to fund their close friends and business associates’ luxury golf estates, a sugar mill, equestrian estates and residential developments.

This massive fraud was revealed in a damning forensic audit by Deloitte that was handed to the Cabinet this week by the Minister of Agriculture and Land Affairs, Lulu Xingwana.

The extent of the fraud has forced Cabinet to call for the Land Bank board to be fired and for criminal charges to be brought against virtually the entire top executive who were implicated in the forensic probe. Xingwana is set to announce a new board this week.

The audit recommended that Mukoki, his executives and one member of the board should face criminal charges.

Mukoki resigned in July, a month before the auditors submitted their final report.

Can you even imagine how far we'd have been without the ANC putting us back ~50 years?

Funny enough, Yengeni resigned as a MP and chief whip. He did not keep his position.

And NEC member is definitely not the same salary (I’m not sure it’s actually paid at all).

Giving credit where it's due and appreciating the hard work that some men and women in our law enforcement are doing despite Zuma and the corruption, are you capable of doing that? Try it, it's not the same thing as worshipping Zuma.
