Last I sent an email to billionsa.support asking for help with setting up VPN on my Billion 7402G router, Within in minutes I had a reply, and an offer to phone the next day with a set uprocedure. He phoned and talked me through the whole thing (about 2 1/2 hrs). Now I have a working VPN and besides which my Firm ware was upgraded. Now thats service. Well done Billion !!!
