Last I sent an email to billionsa.support asking for help with setting up VPN on my Billion 7402G router, Within in minutes I had a reply, and an offer to phone the next day with a set uprocedure. He phoned and talked me through the whole thing (about 2 1/2 hrs). Now I have a working VPN and besides which my Firm ware was upgraded. Now thats service. Well done Billion !!!:):)
I will strongly reccomend your products just because of the suppport!
 
Glad you got it fixed Tony, what did you decide to use for the VPN software?
 
It seems like you need to write a little how to guide for me this time? Or should I buy a billion router first? hehe :D
 
I actually bought a billion router because of their representative here on MyBroadband. He/she didn't help me specifically but I noted their prompt replies to forum posts which I thought was awesome.

The steps I was taken through bear no resmbalne to the manual. I was so busy trying write steps down that I still don't know how I actually got to VPN, only Billion Tech does!

Same reason I brought mine. It was a toss up between the Billion and the Netgear but the Billion won on there reputaion for support!!
 
I agree with all your sentiments. I've received nothing but excellent service from Billion

Billion offer great/modem routers with great after service and support. That is why I chose their modems to market and distribute.

To offer free support just adds another dimension on these great products!

I agree their service is excellent, while they weren't able to sort out my problem completely, they were still very quick with replies and phone calls, and everything ;)
