Prime Suspect 1973 is as classy a tribute to Prime Suspect as Endeavour is to Morse.

I also think it is brilliant.

I've just finished watching The Crown. I cannot recommend this show highly enough. Everything about it, is just immensely satisfying viewing. Great acting, script and very interesting insight into Royal family.

Similar to this, Victoria is also excellent. Both these series have a 2nd season coming as well.

Awesome, thanks - for some reason I thought it was older.
Somehow I missed that Broadchurch had started. There are a few episodes up already. I started last night.

Thanks for your suggestions guys, binged on Prime Suspect 1973 and started on The Crown. Will look into Victoria and new Broadchurch next. Got The Team lined up for tonight (see Scandinavian thread).

PS, the score in Prime Suspect 1973 is great, features some old favourites. I really like that it doesn't have a single theme ditty from episode to episode, it is quite a departure from the norm. There is only one other series that did the same, that I can remember, but I fail to recall its name, dementia is setting in :whistling:
