The funny thing is that they're not that old at all. I think the one guy is only in his early 50s. They just played the part of old guys.

Indeed. And they started playing those characters in a sketch show called ‘Chewin the fat’ 20 years ago.

I remember being surprised when they announced the series based on Jack and Victor. They had funnier characters to choose from but I suppose they knew what they were doing

I' sure I watched Touching Evil but it doesn't come to mind straight away. But yeah, Cracker is essential watching, it's one of my all time favourites and thinking about it now, I'm due a rewatch. Especially look out for the episodes with Robert Carlyle as a nutter skinhead, truly unforgettable TV.

Anyone know of (or used) a VPN that will allow the 'Walter Presents' streaming service? Lots of european and british dramas on this: I tried GhostVPN but Walter Presents was still blocked (athough it allows some Channel 4, BBC etc.).

I normally hate the show when it's copied across the pond (either way) but she's hot so I'll give it a go. How shallow am I?

The Worst Week of my Life was a brilliant UK show but the US version was terrible.

When Steve Martin tried to do Pink Panther it was simply shocking.

The Office is one that I'm on the fence over. I first saw the US version but Ricky's show was obviously very popular.
