Solid police procedural dramatisation of a real-life murder - excellent performance from Martin Clunes.

Good series and Martin Clunes is great.
Just as an aside. I found this particularly fascinating because the Milly Dowler case was just huge in the UK for many years. Not least because of the phone tapping scandal when journalists listened to her voice mails and deleted some messages giving hope to the parents that she was still alive. Piers Morgan was editor of the Mirror at the time and ordered it. One reason, if any more reasons were needed, thy the man is hated in the UK.
