In the interim, acting CEO Dr Minister of Public Enterprise Malusi Gigaba has made a commitment that state run ICT infrastructure company Broadband Infraco will have a permanent CEO by March next year.

Acting CEO, Dr, Minister, or all 3? If CEO, then why this:

In the interim, acting CEO Dr Andrew Shaw, who was appointed on April 1 after Broadband Infraco was hit by a damning audit report, will continue implementing a turnaround strategy, the outcome of which will be announced on October 1.

C'mon MyBB. I expect better than this. And if it was copy/pasted from a press release from Infraco, then even worse.
