If I was an Australian Citizen I WOULD without a doubt vote for Jillia Gillard she knows sooner or later such upgrades will have to happen, best you do it now and keep up with the developing countries. Forget the weak 6.3 billion upgrade, it's time to bring the guns out, throw in that 40+ Billion! It's not like it is money wasted, technology pays itself back. All you Australian internationals, don't be fools, vote Gillard.
