Broadband Speed Tests

I just want to ask something about speed tests.

With my previous ISP (Copper ADSL) I used to get very high latencies, buffering and so on.
Now I changed my ISP (Wireless) and are getting very good speedtests, but I am still getting buffering although the speed test latencies are very good.

I spoke to their support and they told me that is the way they are prioritising the traffic and therefore I am getting good latencies although buffering is happening.

Unfortunately you cannot pin it down to the provider. ADSL in theory should give you the best latency (well apart from fibre). But I have discovered lately that LTE 4+ gives me the same latency to the UE than what Afrihost ADSL did.

As for buffering I really can't tell. Maybe tell us what wireless supplier you are using now ?
