Broadcasting power to the people

As podcasts become more common, Internet Solutions has set up a website where it will host podcasts issued by any local organisations.
When they start hosting the actual podcast instead of just the link to it then I'll get excited.

..and subsequently NOT mark the traffic as internation "because no-one is paying for it" would be a nice touch too..

All depends on your interests I suppose. Its all just information and entertainment at the end of the day. :)

Me neither, its just and mp3 on a website with an xml doc, not exactly new technology, and its not like we have the bandwidth in this country to really experiment with podcasts anyway.

Yeah - but its more to do with who is doing podcasts and what they're doing them about - which is pretty much everyone and everything.

Besides - at 2-3 minutes per mb we're not talking a huge strain on individual resources.
