Broken Joystick on HD PVR Remote

Hi all,

The rewind & forward toggle switch on my HD PVR remote is ****d. I cant rewind or forward and i have to push it very hard down to pause and play, it doesnt even click anymore and i never even had it for a month yet.

Does multichoice repair this even tho i never bought it from them or what are my options?

there's a 1 year warantee, take it back

I just bought two new ones.
