Broker cancel his services

I asked this question (Show me growth vs contribution vs fees) please.

Ok now we are getting somewhere.
Surely that is not difficult information to get hold of.
What was the CEO's explanation as to why they were unable to provide it in a timely manner?

Firstly the broker asked me how in heavens name did I get that info.
I clearly explained to him, since I asked for that a very long time ago, I contacted Liberty themselves and they gave me all the info I needed.

The CEO then said to me he believe in service and advise. I am just nodding my head sideways.

The CEO read all my emails to the broker and said "We the business of building privileged relationships and I don’t see this happing between you and xxx. For that reason I would like to urge you to please appoint another financial advisor. This in mind it will be mutually beneficial to both parties concerned"

Maybe it's because you have no chill?

Well, if your yearly fees are almost 50% what you have added to the RA, and make waves ... A lot if my fault aswell. Don't trust people with your money. What a wake up call !

They know you will ask uncomfortable questions regarding the performance...

I know things are not in their control (Lets say the markets). But I think it is their job to keep me informed, and service is another thing.

This thread isn't to complain the certain company, I am moving everything what I have away from them. My broker said so many times reference your original documentation if I ask him stuff that he must know (I would say).

I rather pay someone who are on my side, and not a company who is not worried about consultants that isn't doing their jobs.

I'm guessing the OP was a small client, who was more trouble than he was worth to the brokerage.... makes sense that they cut ties.

Either that or the brokerage got tired of having to try and decipher drivel.

What do you define as small ? 10 KK ?

Well, that could be true after not getting service. If I walk into that broker firm giving them the detail that they should have given me in a short period, how will you feel ? And their reply "How did you obtain that"

Given your ranting here..

Anything less than a profit margin of R20k per month from your specific account to the brokerage would be too little.

Well, lets say your premiums for the year is R30K and fees are R15K. Apparently that is normal and within the law

Your problem is using a middle man in the first place. For investments, go direct.

Brokers are fine for insurance.

Amen billy !!!! I already contacted my one investment company cutting the broker totally out. I am working to move the rest that he doesn't get one more sent !

More companies need to have the balls to fire bad Clients. Uber as an example have their ratings system for both drivers and passengers. A good rating is beneficial be both parties whereas a poor rating results in inconvenience and lack of income respectively.

Lol, if the cash income is via consultants, you will let clients go ! If you cant rescue a relationship what do you do ? Move along ! Think the CEO said it nicely. I am making complaints and taking this up high up the ladder ! Hope I get somewhere

Is my cost of sale keeps overrunning my revenue because I have to keep investing additional resource time, time which could be used to service other paying customers, hell yes I will. I would also inform counterparts from other companies to avoid said client like the plague.
