Broker cancel his services

Is my cost of sale keeps overrunning my revenue because I have to keep investing additional resource time, time which could be used to service other paying customers, hell yes I will. I would also inform counterparts from other companies to avoid said client like the plague.

L O L ! seriously !

You like to judge not even knowing the full story hey !

So how long must the client wait for a response from you if its their first query ever after years? Days? Months? Or is it immediately over the additional resource time limit and thus you immediately inform your counterparts?

Well you are working very hard not to give us the full story, which invariably tells us that you are hiding something about the whole incident.

woah, we've got a Dade Murphy and a zerocool on the forum...we should put them in a room and see what happens. Lord Nikon can take pictures....should be lots of those.

What full story? I could figure it out.

You're projecting, you are the one with something to hide... :D

But how could you understand anything OP typed? :wtf:

I've read it 3 times and at this point I'm feeling sorry for the broker who had to try to deal with a client who communicates like an angry, autistic child...

zerocool asked the broker a question on performance (and fees?)
months later zerocool has not received a reply
zerocool then goes directly to provider and easily gets the data
zerocool contacts broker who then said "where/how did you get this info?"
zerocool looses his cool and tells broker "its the info I asked you for months ago you incompetent expensive fool" (conjecture)
EQ.FIN CEO then tells zerocool to find another broker, cause he doesn't like it when the advisors are called "incompetent expensive fools".

The end

If that is the case, take your business somewhere where you get the response you expect. There is no shortage of brokers, believe me. No shortage of Clients, either.

Thanks ... that is exactly my view. I didn't take on anyone on here.

All I was trying to say, if a broker meets you, and you are still not happy, you ask for info and wait and wait.

And then get a call from the CEO, his interest is more with his consultants, then great mr CEO. You just lost a client.

I wish this could have happened to me in year 1, as they milked me if I can say that with commission.

Your picture is quite spot on SuperSunBird !

OP must rather call Bobby Axelrod...it's never too hot in ANYBODY's kitchen for the Axe. He should manage OP's 10 kk...whatever the fuk that is.

Let me scare some investors with this statement : Once your broker said FU, you cant cut his commission (meaning future commission).

The only two ways:
1) Make it paid up (and that isn't a bright move)
2) Move it from company x to company y

If you get a new broker at the same firm, you will still fund the ex broker ! What a shocking statement hey !

Is the above feedback from Liberty or the Equifin people? I find it hard to believe a product provider would force a customer to keep paying an adviser the customer had a poor relationship with - especially if the customer's only way out is to impair his investment. That goes against any customer-centric organisation's ethos.

I strongly suggest contacting Liberty directly...do it electronically, walk-in center or whatever. They'll make a plan because they have to...customer retention is key in this financial climate.

I contacted Liberty directly and that was their feedback was. I told Liberty straight up, the middle man has cost you a customer forcing me to move all my policies away from Liberty. I wait their feedback on that statement.

I am still stocked to be honest.

I don't want to move from Liberty, but I don't want to give someone commission for doing absolutely nothing.

At the end of the day I will move, I am not a money tree for a broker.
