Bryanston exchange

I'm connected to the Bryanston exchange. Used to get 10mbit (for the whole of 2011), now the max speed is limited to 6mbit (since 2012). According to Telkom, the max speed supported at the exchange is 6mbit.

Is there anyone here who is connected to this exchange at 10mbit?
