I'm assuming the BSc IT, is more of an information systems course then. Both courses have the same level of recognition, although I suggest going up to honours for whichever one you choose.
CS will be more mathematical and there would also be more theoretical and technical coursework. If that's more up your alley, it's the better course for you. If you're on the fence, choose CS (interesting, lucrative work, and more consistently valued across industries and countries).
