I have an issue but dont want to discuss in public, please can someone who uses it PM me?

Bugger it, when I copy the torrent address, right click and copy link address, I then put it into the address bar in Btaccel then it opens a page in their browser, thats all, cant seem to get it working.
Any ideas?
