Morning,

K, I pre-ordered the new Cnc3 Kane's wrath from BTgames last week as the release date was suppose to be tomorrow, I also paid the full amount according (not just the R10 pre order price) because the email said pay before the date of release, I then got a sms saying the date of release moved to the 26th March and now when I check the price online, they dropped it by R20, now can I go in there and tell them they owe me R20? :rolleyes:

Yes its only R20 but I still feel scammed in a way and I want it back :p
 
Yeah, that has happened to me as well.

Thing is, if it was more, you'd have scored and not said anything.

So, in a sense, just shaddup and leave it ;) haha.
 
I pre-ordered all my Wii stuff from them last year. Same thing happened, so when I went to collect, I showed them the new prices on the website and they gave it to me at that price
 
Ah, but that's cause you went to fetch it and complain.

Using the internet option etc, it's a convience.
So, (IN MY CASE) R10 or R20 is nothing, but if it was more than R50, I would've made a scene.

As a matter of fact, S1ght, maybe you should contact BT and complain, maybe u can score your money back.
 
That account story does not work, i have spent thousands there last year and never have i seen credit on my account. Their site is a mess up of note
 
the last time i pre order orange box from them, i went to fetch it & the guy at the counter told me they had me down for Hellgate london & I spent like 20 min tryin to explain I ordered orange box, I didnt even do it over the internet, I ordered in in the shop...sigh
 
Always got some credit out of them last time I had over R90 in credit :D
