Android smartphone spec and price showdown

Android fans in South Africa have a wide range of brands from which to choose, each selling models ideal for various budgets.

MyBroadband compared budget, mid-range, and flagship smartphones from Honor, Huawei, Oppo, Samsung, Vivo, and Xiaomi in terms of specs and pricing.

I agree, with the R4000-R8000 missing, this is a worthless article. Something against Samsung perhaps, as the A25,A34 will dominate this market segment.
Anyone with a little bit of phone knowledge should also know that the Samsung A15 dominate every single competitor (by a country mile) mentioned in the sub R4000 category. Available for under R3500 just about anywhere today.

Lol the iPhone SE 2022's processor smokes all of these apart from the 2 Snapdragon 8 Gen 3's.
It's got the same A15 Bionic that battles with my Huawei Mate 20 Pro from 6 years ago?
Or have they somehow tweaked the processor to deliver a bit more in real world?

I often go to YouTube or Alexa and think 'wtaf is this thing so slow' when I use my iPhone

Thread wouldn't have been complete without you.

Battles with 2 apps out of a million +.

My new 15 Pro Max has made me an Apple fan but.... That SE has a 4.7 inch display and 60% of the battery life of the cheapest Samsung on that list (not talking mAh, actual battery life in hours as tested by GSM Arena).

The best analogy I can think of is that it's like one of the worlds sexiest men but he's 5ft and lasts 30 seconds in bed.

GSMarena's tests are not real world...
When performing high-performance tasks, the total onscreen time exceeds 5 hours.

The A54 beats it but not by that much if you look at the battery size difference.
was generally able to finish any day with 30-40% left with 4-5 hours of screen time.
