Yip, you're looking at either the GA-G31M-S2L + Q6600 or the GA-G31M-S2L + E8400. The E8400 would be better if you intend on gaming.

If so you're cutting it too fine. You'll need to add R1000 or so.

How much more are you wanting to spend on the RAM and graphics card? 1GB DDR2-800 is about R200. Entry-level graphics is about R300.
