Buffalo couriers

Ordered from banggood on the 11th got a text saying my parcel has been allocated for delivery at a pep store near me. Tracking has been stuck there.

Does anyone know which courier Buffalo Express uses for last mile delivery in Sandton Johannesburg area? Have a package which was passed onto Third party Express on 5 December and nothing on the tracking since. Impossible to get any further information from Buffalo, they just reply with generic responses. So need to contact whichever last mile courier they use to follow up on where the parcel is.

Hi. My wife ordered from Shein in Dec23. She has received (on our VoIP line) a message from Buffalo Express that she needs to contact them as her parcel is in their CT depot. Unfortunately, she cannot return the call as the number is a "no reply" no. We are in CT & only tel no we can trace is a Gauteng number(+27105934710). Does anyone have their CT depot number? Thank you.
