Otherwise just name / link to(if possible) components:

Budget - R22k

Minimums: 4770k CPU
Great Motherboard - maximum number of SATA and USB 3 connections
Nice case (medium-->large)
16GB RAM
Good INTEGRATED graphics
SSD + 2 x 2TB Hard Drives

Knock yourself out from here...
 
Why no GPU and just integrated graphics? BTW, there is no such thing as "Good INTEGRATED graphics" in the world of PCs, they can be "usable"... What I'm trying to say is, you're putting a lot of cash in to PC, that won't really do anything "good" regarding gaming, CAD, or graphics design. Those components you want will be nice and high-end, and will probably come in a few k below your budget.
 
What do you want to use it for? 22k is a serious rig but what you need it for will narrow down where it's important to spend the cash...
 
Um the integrated graphics is on the CPU these days so you get what's on the 4770k.

You should be able to get a GPU in budget easy.

Haha here's no such thing... What will you mostly be doing on it?? and what work, big difference between doing CAD, or audio-production, or just using Word;)
 
OK, plenty video conversion, audio, not much CAD.

Big spreadsheet calcs (Excel)
 
That will be fine for audio.
You may want to add an external Sound Interface unless by music you mean listening to music.
 
Cool, no meant a bit of conversion, but I don't think special hardware required.
 
Then that system is more than acceptable.
I use an i5 2500k, 8gb ram with an external sound interface for music production.

It works more than sufficiently.
I work with large sound libraries and it works perfectly.

A GPU will be added to your wishlist then, going to be a damn good beast!

Anything specific you want from the case you want to use? See-through side panel, some cool fans, lots of space, small and compact, black or nice and white, even a carry handle (I'm gunning for the Cooler Master Storm Trooper for you guys that know :D)? Are you looking at overclocking, in which case we'll add a custom cooler? What about DVD or Blu-ray ROM if you want to use those?

Hi,

Ye, would like a window :) - and UV Fan's and Lighting - cabling and fans that look cool under the lights would be good too! No custom cooler - but a QUIET cooler (and quiet fans in general). A medium to large case. I suppose a Blu-Ray Writer makes sense?

Overkill on PSU is good, tends to help in the long run. But I tend to go with the cheapest case I can find, really don't see the point of a fancy case... No one is gonna look at it and go WOW that's a fine looking machine you're gonna get lucky tonight;)
