Any one seen the bulletin board on Sentech site. They publish a notification after it already happened. Must that let users feel ant better??

I thought they were gonna have a forum where users can express there views and ask questions, guess they're gonna stick to free speech opression by not allowing us to post.

Click on "View unanswered posts" - top right - then click on Author "Karen" you get a login screen. See if somebody can log on with their sentech username and password and have a go at them

Fresh from the "Forum" - where only they can post

so basically we must not use the service for downloading and uploading huge files....We must not use it for streaming audio aswell....maybe they should tell us not to use the service at all!We all bought these fast connections for just browsing....I THINK NOT!!!!

Hi guys

I had a look at their board, but by the look of things it is really an announcement area or news section. Will they open this for users to post comments? I though this was quite a good idea from Sentech, but for some reason companies do not believe in making use of this great way to address consumer issues… It can alleviate much of the helpdesk traffic etc.

I'm not surprised that Sentech haven't allowed posts at this time. If they had hads a forum earlier i.e. in the introduction period of the service, they could have really had some advantage from customer feedback (as RPM says). But we all know (and so does Sentech) what the users would feedback now.

Sentech is stupid....but they're not suicidal.

If Sentech really want a "Forum" site that works they should take a look at http://www.20twenty.com/explore/Comps_Complaints/CC_frameset.asp For those that don't know 20twenty, try out their forum, almost instant responses, and an empowered helpdesk available 24/7.
Come to think of it maybe all companies that run Help lines or forums should see how it can be done.

If only they can post are we expected to wait 3 weeks before they update it about problems. I seriously doubt these idiots will upload new info and keep it current
