Burger King Review

Stopped eating their burgers after I noticed this on their beef patties...

The little round spots on the hamburger patty are solidified meat protein called albumin. When a burger is cooked very quickly at high heat—especially from a frozen state on a high-temperature broiler like those used at fast-food restaurants—the natural proteins and moisture inside the meat expand and push out to the surface. When this liquid protein hits the intense heat, it cooks instantly and hardens into small, circular bumps or "freckles". While it can look unusual or unappetizing, it is a normal cooking byproduct and is completely safe to eat.

Even if true, I still wouldn't be able to eat it, looks 🤮

I still don't know what they are doing in SA, it tastes different to the BK overseas - ours just tastes so bland. BK in UK and Europe just tastes way better. Unlike with McD where it's pretty much the same.

Mcd tastes like cardboard, Burger king tastes a lot better, there do appear to be differences between branches

My daughter loves BK so we have it often. The biggest problem is they add little to no salt to the patties. Just add salt and pepper at home and it taste 10 times better. Still not amazing but good.

Can confirm. The one in KEMPTON, where the serial killer resides, tastes kak.
The one at the Sasol in Bedfordview is nice.
same, the Bedfordview one was my go to on the way home avoiding Gillolies traffic.
Staff there knew my order off by heart already.

and you could cross the road to see the traffic chaos yourself.

Ha yeah, I remember the oak always sweeping the floor.
