Burning Windows disc with updates and SP's etc

Good day all, I would like to find out from someone here who knows about the preparation of a Windows disc that contains the OS and all the Microsoft updates plus all the SP's I have done it before but have not done it for some time that I have forgotten the procedure..I know there is a piece of software involved Can someone please tell me the software to download as well as the procedure Many thanks!
