Business Analyst-TFG Logistics Division

A position has become available for a Business Analyst to improve and optimize transport processes within the TFG Logistics Division.

Responsibilities would include:

• Data and operational analytics support by assisting with needs analysis and the gathering of business requirements, communicating and facilitating discussion with internal customers, evaluating and analysing information, and documenting and presenting recommendations with particular focus on optimizing Transport/ Logistics and DC Networks
• Reviewing procedures and processes, recommending and implementing improvements relating to minimising breakages, reducing costs, and creating efficiencies
• Reporting and management of information relating to transport costs, breakages, losses, processes and procedures
• Providing customer focused solutions and recommendations


• A Business Analysis Degree or relevant qualification (Essential)
• 2-5 years experience in a Business Analysis Role (Essential)
• 2-5 years experience in a Logistics or Transport Admin Role (Desirable)
• Strong attention to detail with proven problem-solving ability
• Proven ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations for improvement and influence at all levels
• Ability to work proactively with minimum supervision to ensure effective delivery of reporting, tasks, projects and deliverables
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in Excel
• Ability to reason and package ideas and results in a logically ordered, understandable and practical way to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Exceptional time management skills to be able to complete tasks effectively to deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
