Business calls calculator programme / software needed

Does anyone have a programme, excel spreadsheet or some software that I could use to determine the ratio of business calls to private calls on my cellphone contract?

I need to claim this as a percentage of my total monthly call usage for reimbursement by my company.

Wouldn't the easiest be to dump your itimised billing in excel and do this manually with a vlookup or 2?

Best I can think of is to get itemized billing in an electronic format and import that into an excel sheet and the group your private and business and add up each group.

I was hoping someone would have a small programme I could use. I'm sure many people claim their business calls.

You might be able to download your itemised bill as a .csv file (Cell C has that option) and use a spreadsheet to do it for you.

I wrote the whole cellphone system for my company and it takes all your calls and splits it accordingly to whether its a business or private number, but you dont need this, You can do this in 5 mins in excel.
